Do you ever get an idea you just have to follow through with? Do you then look up and realize it’s been 12 hours? That was me today.
Tracy asked a question about layering frames on a TPT forum that got me thinking. I realized that a lot of people have asked me questions about “that shape”. I wish I knew a name for it. What kind of math teacher am I?
Many have asked me about how I make that shape in my frames. I realized that I could make some peoples’ lives easier if I had a product they could use with “that shape”.
Then, well, I got a little carried away.
I woke up when my alarm would have gone off on a school day and just kept going. There is something calming and meditating about making clip art backgrounds and frames. Its like playing with color. Thankfully my husband was really understanding.
I was showing my husband what I was making and how to use it and he asked, “Do people know how to do that?” So, just when I was thinking I was done, I made a tutorial. I hope you find it helpful.

Thanks for the tutorial. I have been inspired by all the blogs I've been following lately but had no idea how to do any of it. This gives a good start. 🙂
